Brazil's Top Android Virtual Fitness Apps in Q2 2024: A Sensor Tower Snapshot

In the second quarter of 2024, Brazil's virtual fitness enthusiasts have shown varying levels of engagement with top Android applications, according to data from Sensor Tower. Here's a brief look at how five leading apps fared during this period.

HryFine saw a fluctuating download trend starting with approximately 32K in the first week of April and peaking at around 36K in early June. Weekly active users (WAU) initially stood at 223K and demonstrated a similar trend, reaching a high of approximately 235K in mid-June.

Strava: Run, Bike, Hike generated revenues ranging from about 22K to nearly 29K USD throughout the quarter. Downloads began at roughly 28K and experienced a spike to over 33K by the end of June. The WAU for Strava showed a significant rise from 868K in early April to 978K towards the end of April, stabilizing around 935K by the quarter's end.

Moving on to Home Workout - No Equipment, the app's revenue saw a peak of 314 USD in the last week of June, while downloads displayed a notable surge to 47K in the first week of May. The WAU for the app maintained above 300K, with a peak at around 342K in mid-May.

Weight Loss for Women: Workout had a modest revenue performance, with the highest at 298 USD in mid-June. Downloads for the app were consistent, staying in the range of 20K to 26K, and WAU showed a gradual increase from 54K to nearly 59K by the end of June.

Lastly, Step Counter - Pedometer exhibited a revenue increase, reaching 40 USD in mid-June from a low of 2 USD at the start of April. Downloads peaked at over 30K in mid-May, while WAU saw a steady climb from 84K to over 112K during the quarter.
